What Vouch does

Vouch gives you evidence about an email’s sender and claims, and a suggested next step. It can be wrong in both directions: a real sender can look suspicious, and a fraudulent one can look fine. Vouch is an aid to your judgement, not a guarantee. Always verify payment or banking changes through a channel you already trust.

Plans and billing

• Free: instant checks without limit, and a monthly allowance of company and identity checks.
• Pro: €12 per year, VAT included where applicable, billed yearly by Stripe and renewed automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription. Pro stays active until the end of the paid year.
• If you’re not happy within 14 days of paying, write to [SUPPORT EMAIL] for a full refund.

Fair use

Pro is for personal use by one person. Automated or bulk use of the check service isn’t allowed, and we may limit accounts that overload it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
